  Awful experience. Far from professional receptionist who was rude, tactless and made the process of requesting a home visit/appointment a nightmare. My nan, who the appointment was for, then saw a nurse who was unable to re-dress [the result of a hip operation] due to not having the right tools/stock. So disappointing to receive such poor service at a time when you really need it. A smile and polite demeanor go a long way in customer facing jobs.
